We couldn't be more thrilled that you're considering joining us at the 7th official Umbrella Weekend festival! This event is so much more than just a party - it's a vibrant celebration of community, art, music, and love. Our team's mission is to create a space where everyone can come together to share and be inspired, while exploring the magic that arises from the gathering of a truly talented, creative and welcoming community. Thank you for supporting us by being a part of this incredible journey.
When are set times going to be released?
Very, very soon! Keep an eye on our social media and your email for more info :)
How do I prepare for Umbrella Weekend?
Pack for all weather conditions—hot days, chilly nights, and yes, even a little rain and wind! Bring your best festival fits, a rain jacket or poncho, and don’t forget essentials like sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and comfy shoes (trust us, your feet will thank you). A full packing guide is coming soon to make sure you’re festival-ready!
Is there a Lost & Found?
Lost something? Visit the HQ booth during the festival. Post-event, DM us on Instagram @AfternoonUmbrellaFriends with a description, and we’ll do our best to reunite you with your lost treasures!

We aim to holistically nurture our community in all areas of body, mind and soul, to enhance the Umbrella Weekend experience and offer a greater sense of festival fulfillment. Question
Answer
Will there be cell reception and Wifi?
While we suggest embracing the moment and getting off grid, there will be Wifi available for purchase thanks to The Festival Wifi Guys!
Are there any camping amenities?
Umbrella Weekend is a self-reliant experience, so bring everything you need to be comfortable. While we’ll provide designated camping areas and bathrooms, it’s up to you to pack your essentials— think tent (don't forget stakes!), warm sleeping gear, food, water, and whatever else makes your camp feel like home.
What about showers?
There will be no showers available on-site, so plan accordingly! We recommend bringing a portable shower bag or, if you’re lucky, making friends with someone who has an RV. Embrace the festival spirit — wet wipes and good vibes go a long way!
Will there be bathrooms?
We’ve got clean and accessible restrooms and hand-washing stations throughout the festival grounds. Please respect your festivalgoers by keeping them tidy for everyone!
Are pets allowed?
Documented service animals, who are trained to handle loud and active environments and required for disability, are the only animals that are allowed at Umbrella Weekend. Please note, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue.
Is Umbrella Weekend ADA accessible?
Umbrella Weekend is committed to being accessible for all. More info on ADA services, pathways, and accommodations will be released closer to the event.
