Never confined to a single style, FUNKHOUSIR’s music showcases a fusion of diverse influences, resulting in standout releases on labels like Clubview Records and Trust the Machine. His dedication to artistic exploration ensures each track carries a distinct, groove-driven identity. Derived from his passion for creating music and supporting artists, FUNKHOUSIR launched For Those Who Need Records (FTWNR), a label dedicated to releasing cutting-edge electronic music and providing a platform for emerging talent. As label owner and manager, FUNKHOUSIR curates a series of groundbreaking releases with global talent to establish FTWNR as a key player in the scene. FUNKHOUSIR has made a significant impact on the Los Angeles and San Diego music scenes with his involvement in multiple event companies and throwing his own showcase events, Funkhousir & Friends. His eclectic sets have landed him performances at top venues and festivals, including Shabang, Umbrella Weekend, Yoon Fest, Bang Bang SD, Nova SD, Bloom, Parq Nightclub, FireHouse, and Rich’s.
